Wind, which corresponds to "righteousness" in TCM, is the internal and external manifestation of vital activity. Physiologically, it refers to the functional activity of the various organs. Anywhere there is a good wind that is easy to walk around, take with or take away. All motor functions of the human body are controlled by wind, including digestion and absorption of food, excretion of urine and feces, breathing, sneezing, blinking, crying, laughing, making noises, and jumping. Functions such as walking are also controlled by wind.
When wind is out of balance, a variety of wind-related diseases can occur. For example, inadequate air in the body can cause weak bowel movements, bowing difficulties, fatigue, dizziness, ENT, indigestion, chest and abdominal fullness, and other ailments. If there are too many elements, dizziness, headache, confusion, delirium, tremors in the extremities, difficulty walking, high fever, dizziness, and various pains.
