Heaven and earth are a big universe, and the human body is a small universe

Our bodies are made up of flesh, blood, and energy, and according to Buddhism, they are made up of four elements: earth, water, wind, and fire. These substances have energy, and the amount of energy is determined by the quality and situation of the substance itself. If you are fit, your body energy will be stronger, if you are not, it will be weaker. The accumulation of energy in the body has a certain effect on the body itself, on things outside the body, and even on other things. The magnitude of the effect is the so-called magnitude of the energy field. The body's energy field is the biological information that the human body has enough Qi and blood to diffuse into its surroundings. The concept that energy affects the surroundings.

The ancients said, "Heaven and earth are a big universe, and the human body is a small universe." All the laws of motion in the world are also the laws of motion in the human body. The five elements including metal, wood, water, fire, and earth make up the outer universe.

Five internal organs make up the inside of the human body: heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys.

They strengthen each other, adapt to each other, oppose each other, and gain and lose each other. If the five elements are in balance, the natural weather will be smooth. The five internal organs are in harmony, allowing the human body to live a long and healthy life. According to Buddhism, this is a harmonious unity created by the alignment and influence of the four elements: earth, water, fire, and air.

Of the four types, the earth is hard, such as bones, nails, and hair; water is moist, such as sweat and blood; fire is warm, such as body temperature; and wind is external wind, which has large volatile respiration, strong internal wind, and strong air. It captures the pulsation and movement of the heart.
