Sen Inta

Thailand Shipsen

Inta (Itta) Similar to the Ida Nai of yoga and the bladder line of TCM, representing the feminine, passive, hidden, and moon. When treating women, massage the left side (Inta) for relief. It is said that then.

It begins at the left nostril, extends to the top of the head, continues down the neck parallel to the spinal cord, crosses the hips at line 1 on the back, forming the third outer line of the thigh, and turns back up at the knee. It goes up the first medial line on the front of the body and ends below the navel.

(According to the literature, it is said to start from below the navel or from two sides of the navel, but both are said to have the same idea. Considering the direction in which energy goes out, it is the latter, in terms of treatment order. I think it will be like the former explanation)
