REIKITHAI (Japanese Thai Massage) is a ``massage method that gives energy and does not cause pain'' that is performed on a table. It helps you return to your true self by removing blockages in your body.
The theoretical basis of Reiki Thai massage is based on the concept of invisible energy lines that run through the body. The human body has organs, etc., but the idea is that there are gaps between them, and energy bodies clearly exist in those ``fields''. The background of this theory is India, which is said to be the origin of Thai massage, the influence of yoga philosophy, and the influence of Shintoism in spirit, so the concepts of Metta and Araya knowledge are the same. This philosophy states that life energy (called prana) is absorbed in the air we breathe and in the food we eat, and that "fields" are made up of the movement of subatomic particles, such as vibrations and frequencies. Human beings are supplied with this vital energy along a network of energy lines, the sumanas (prana nadis). Among these energy lines, 10 main lines with particularly important pressure points are stimulated. By placing your hands massaging these lines and points, you can treat various ailments and relieve pain. This line is sufficient to carry out the actual treatment of the whole body and its internal organs. Any disturbance in the flow of energy results in an insufficient supply of prana, leading to disease. Working with energy lines through massage can help break blockages, stimulate the free flow of prana, and restore general health.
Giving a massage was understood to be the physical application of metta, the Pali (and Thai) word for "loving kindness" in Theravada Buddhism. Dedicated masseuses still work in this spirit today. A truly great masseuse performs his art in a meditative mood. He begins with puja, a meditative prayer, fully concentrating on the healing work he is about to perform. And he works with complete awareness, mindfulness, and concentration. There is a world of difference between a massage performed in a meditative mood and a massage performed as a professional massage. Only a masseuse who works in a meditative mood can develop the intuition of the energy flow and prana lines in the body.
In contrast to Western massage, traditional Thai massage primarily works on a person's energy body rather than the physical body. The muscle kneading that is dominant in Western massage is absent in Thai massage. Pressing energy points or general pressure is used instead.
The beginning of REIKITHAI
65 to 1
This number is actually a comparison of people who chose body care and Thai massage as their relaxation options. I was very surprised that so few customers chose Thai massage, but I thought that in order to get people to know more about the wonders of Thai massage, I needed to integrate it into the body care and shiatsu categories, so I spent a year working on it. Japanese-style Thai massage was born by reviewing the treatment content and merging it with Reiki.
It seemed natural to combine the two as they have the same ability to "sensing".
Like traveling in a microcosm.
