“Thai food I ate at that restaurant 🇹🇭 Reenactment series”
The fourth meal was Namprik Oong and Khao Niao at JJ Market.
material
Salatom and chili oil
tomato
minced pork
garlic
thai ginger
salt
pepper
Rice oil
sticky rice
cucumber
Maruokura
vine purple
cabbage
Add rice oil, 2 tablespoons of Saratom, 1 clove of garlic, and 1 tablespoon of ginger to a frying pan, and when it starts to smell, stir-fry 250g of minced pork. Season with salt and pepper until it changes color, then add the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Adjust the taste using a naan prik pao and turn off the heat when the water evaporates.
Arrange the purple vines, boil the okra, cut the cabbage into wedges, and cut the cucumber diagonally.
Cook khao niao with sticky rice in a pot with 10% less water. Finish over low heat while turning upside down. Anchan and butterfly peas from the garden are used to make blue khao niao.

What I wanted to recreate this time was Nan Prik Oon, a shop run by two people who serve several types of side dishes (inside the showcase), steamed vegetables, khao niao, and dips at Chiang Mai JJMARKET.

A dip packed with spicy flavor. A dish of colored khao niow, steamed vegetables wrapped in your hands. Thai food is a dish that appeals to all five senses, allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere of the occasion rather than reproducing the taste. Along with coffee from Nan province, which has a shorter history than Chiang Mai, the quality of the coffee has improved significantly.
