This course is aimed at those who want to deepen their knowledge of traditional Thai rites. This course is often taken not only by those who have graduated from the school, but also by those who have learned the basics at other schools in search of more techniques.

The content of the school's stretch course is significantly different from the previous levels 1, 2, and 3. Features are

*When lying on your back, you mainly stretch your lower body.

*Loosening and tensioning the lower body. (There is good tension and bad tension in the body. If you only relax your lower body, the tension will disappear, causing you to become lazy only in the areas that are important for standing.)

*When lying on your side, stretch around your back. (It stretches the lower back, shoulder blade area, and buttocks in a position that puts less strain on the lower back, so it can be effective for those with lower back pain.)

*When lying face down, the entire body is arched. (Nowadays, many people work while sitting, so opening the chest can help improve symptoms.)

*In the sitting position, stretch mainly around the arms and shoulders. (For those who would like to incorporate this into practice, we recommend not only Stretch 1 but also Stretch 2.)

In Thailand, it is said that the reason for stretching is for people who lack exercise. This may be because you are busy and don't have time, but stretching rather than doing aerobic exercise is said to be a more effective way to relieve the lack of exercise. Stretching can also correct imbalances in the body. Most physical disorders appear to be caused by an imbalance between the left and right sides, the balance of water in the body, and the balance between the brain and internal organs. Stretching can improve them while relaxing.

In the stretch course, angles and positioning become even more important in determining techniques than in the traditional Thai course. When we decide on that angle, we both feel good or laugh.

There is a sense of wonder, ``Wow, there is such a skill!'' and both the performer and the recipient are stretched and stretched to their limits. This course is always filled with smiles and laughter. The content is such that you can feel that Thai traditional rites are really fun.

(I once received traditional Thai treatment on Koh Phangan, an island in the south of Thailand, which is famous for its Full Moon Party.I went during the low season, so there weren't many people, but the person there was estimated to be 70 years old. The woman's stretching was light, yet with just the right amount of pressure, and no wasted movements, making it seem like she was acting effortlessly.I wasn't expecting much, so I was surprised, and it felt like a traditional Thai massage. )
