Toksen is a traditional therapy that uses a mallet that has been passed down in Northern Thailand.
Tok is "to hit" and Sen is an energy line called "Taisen", a minor line. Tap the mallet along these lines to stimulate blood and lymph flow.
It also relaxes contracted muscles and stimulates autonomic nervous reflexes.
These occur because the parasympathetic nervous system becomes dominant due to the rhythm of hitting the mallet, the sound, and the waves generated by the mallet, creating a relaxed state.
School Talk Sen" is
*Concon, double stroke, and small stroke (Chiang Mai style)
*Pound along the line (to encourage self-healing ability, we are conscious of Taisen such as Sumana and Karatani)
*Relax your feet starting with the steps (steps are similar to the basic and professional courses)
*Approach the navel and internal organs (navel where energy begins, soften stiff internal organs)
*Apply vibrations and waves to the face and head (so that you can also learn techniques for sensitive areas)
The content is perfect for learning techniques and stepping up.
However, since it is a two-day course, the content may be difficult for beginners. Therefore, I would like to recommend that you first take the basic course (5 days). (Professional course if possible)
The school's Tokusen is created based on those courses, so if you study them after mastering them, you will progress smoothly.
In addition, we recommend that you take Taisen (lecture) at the same time, as you will learn major Sen, which accumulates energy, and minor Sen, which drains energy, which is necessary for Toksen.
Or take the instructor course. If you take this course, you will be able to learn techniques and experiences until you are satisfied with them, and as a teacher you will be able to work to pass on this traditional technique. In that case, you can take Taisen (lecture) for free at the school.
Toksen is said to have special effects on paralysis and numbness. These effects are probably due to the deep penetration of Toksen's unique vibrations and waves, which are different from traditional Thai acupressure and stretching. It is also effective for lower back pain, stiff shoulders, and swelling.
First, to heal your family, let's learn Toksen.
